According to her mother Ray C has been thrown out of rehab in Tanzania for lack of funds. Apparently she needs Sh. 1.5 million to clear bills and have her treated of which she does not have.
She is now appealing to the public, her fans and friends to help her clear the bills and see her back to her feet. In her statement, Ray C’s mother told the media that everyone has ran away from them when they most need help.
She also warned the media which has been using her daughter’s sorry state to make news to kindly stop taking photos of her at her condition and publishing them.
Ray C was formerly one of the best talents in East Africa with arguably a very beautiful voice and eyes; her last song was Chali wa Nairobi, a collabo with French boy which was a major hit and still enjoying immense airplay.
